-Note: Seating was added to the outdoor patio, as per the PPA #23-00073 received on August 24, 2023. No objections to the addition of 40 seats in the outdoor patio. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The walk-in cooler was organized and foods were labelled. The ice machine was clean. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Check daily. The glasswasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure that it is also checked daily. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm. Food is stored in sealed, pest proof containers. Pest control is onsite regularly. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
