Comments

-Banquet hall kitchen is currently used to prepare foods for Creekside Grill. Kitchen will be used for banquets in the future, depending on the Provincial Health Officer's Orders.
-Walk-in coolers were at 3C/4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Soup and cooked foods were cooling in shallow containers and were at 4C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm. Banquet kitchen will be switching to lactic acid based sanitizer. Ensure facility has test strips to verify the concentration of the sanitizing solution.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 09, 2023.
