- Temp of coolers are satisfactory - Bleach solution in spray bottle>100 ppm ** Remove the curtain or wash it ** not able to verify pest activity due to clutters in the back and storage room ** Store products on shelving at least 6 " off of floor in the back and storage room- Rectify all the above send a report with pictures to the area inspector at fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then Nov 4-2022 Due to covid no signature is obtained, explained to the manager and provided a copy at time of visit.
