Observation: Ham and pepperoni slices in zip loc bags were observed in a chest freezer near the walk-in-cooler. Operator stated that these food products were initially from Costco and were brought along with the chest freezer to this location as they sold their other pizza business. They stated that the ham and pepperoni slices were for personal use only.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the food products that are no longer in their original packaging from the food store; Correct by October 25, 2019. Only prepackaged food products from approved sources are permitted to be sold on-site at this food store. Staff member posted a sign on the chest freezer stating "for personal use" only during the inspection.

Observation: A pizza hot-holding unit was present near the front counter and was empty of food. Operator stated over phone that this hot-holding unit was brought on-site as they sold their other pizza business.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the hot-holding unit from the food store as it is an extra item not required for business use and is not health approved for use at this location; Correct by October 26, 2019.
