Corrective Action(s): Immediately ensure that all potentially hazardous foods (meat, seafood, dairy, poultry, cooked vegetables etc.) are stored at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Move PHFs to an alternate cooler if walk in temperature does not go down to 4 C or colder.

Corrective Action(s): Immediately ensure that all dishes and utensils are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Manually sanitize for 2 minutes in 100-200ppm chlorine. Dishwasher to have a chlorine 50 ppm final rinse.
