Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection - Hand washing station adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer - QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration - Two deli slicers available on site. Staff stated the slicers are cleaned and sanitized every hour. - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Display cooler at 2'C - Hot-holding unit for cooked rotisserie chicken above 60'C - All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - No signs of pest activity during inspection - Rodent traps observed in place Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
