Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals and directional arrows in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Contact information of customer collected and maintained for at least 30 days. Table and chairs are adequately spaced to maintain proper physical distancing. Partition placed between tables that are less than 2m apart. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Maximum occupancy sign posted. Staff health check conducted and documented daily. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit. Lower music to normal conversational levels or lower.

Front of house handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets, spray bottles, and dispenser at 200ppm. Low-temp dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine.
Prep coolers, stand-up coolers, walk-in cooler measured below 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Sliced fruits, juices stored under ice at bar area.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
