***Missing some inserts in prep cooler - cool air is escaping unit, unit has to work harder. Recommend keeping inserts or covers in empty spaces on top of prep cooler to prevent escaping cooler air.
- Walk in cooler (new): 3 C
- Display cooler: 4 C
- Chest freezers: <-18 C

-Temp logs taken daily
-Handsinks fully supplied and available
-High temp dishwasher noted 75.0 C at the plate
-Sanitizer bottles noted 200 ppm Quats
-Dry storage areas organized, food covered and protected.
-Good food safety practices in use - meats stored below ready to eat foods, food are covered and labelled.
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - pest control on site - no concerns
-General sanitation satisfactory

Notes:
-New walk in cooler installed and began operation May 2017. 3 coolers in back room have been removed and room has been reassigned. No concerns.
-Middle kitchen hand sink station - vanity requires repair. Operator has plan to replace whole vanity handsink station.
-New commercial 6 electric element stove has replaced old stove.
