Comments

-Mouse droppings and gnawed material have been cleaned up and areas sanitized with bleach solution. Pest Control report was submitted via email. -Ongoing attention is needed to monitor for further activity and clean up droppings immediately. Maintaining a high level of sanitation is also critical to address rodent issues. Ensure all garbage is disposed of at night. Do not leave any food waste in the unit overnight. Continue to keep floor areas clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring. -Contract with Pest Control company must be maintained. Follow instructions/recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
