ROUTINE INSPECTION:

- PEST CONTROL IS AVAILABLE ON SITE :" pco " IS A CERTIFIED PEST CONTROL. inspection ONCE /MONTH
-food storage - all food is stored off the floor
- no expired food products (Expiry dates are checked twice per week)
- food products within one week of expiration are removed. Baby food is removed one month prior to expiration.
- No public washrooms on site
- Staff changing rooms/washrooms are equipped with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels

Suggestions:

- lighting fixtures/bulbs should be shielded with shatter-proof coverings. Shielding of lights to prevent the contamination of food from glass fragments in the event of breakage is an essential public health protection measure.
- As part of the sanitation program, provide reasonable assurance that the food premises/food contact surfaces is being cleaned and sanitized effectively and consistently with approved sanitizer (such as Quats or bleach).
