A routine inspection was conducted:
Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Bleach is available in a spray bottle at 100 ppm *Initially was too strong - please measure 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1 L of water
FoodSafe certified staff present (operator just took the course in October - certificate is posted)
General sanitation is excellent *Please remove the dust on the overhead venting units and the white fan that is in the kitchen
Ventilation fume hood is free of grease and dust
Coolers operating at </=4C; freezers at </= -18C; hot-holding at >/= 60C
No signs of pests observed
Low-temperature chemical dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine upon final rinse cycle. Test strips available on-site.
