A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 4C or colder; freezer was -17C; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded 2x a day. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets was 200ppm. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; stored in groups; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - Proper use of disposable gloves being followed. Hand washing being done properly and frequently. - All in order.
