Comments

Hand washing stations equipped with cold / hot water, paper towel, liquid soap. However one wall mounted soap dispenser requires repair.

Temperatures:
- All fridges are below 4C during inspection
- All freezers are below -18C during inspection
- Thermometers present in fridges & freezers
- Prep / cooking table maintains food below 4C in storage
* Ensure to perform defrost cycles for freezers as required

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Approved sanitizer available -- bleach at 200ppm
- 3-compartment sink available with plugs & bleach sanitizer at 200ppm
- Food storage is adequate and products are kept 6-inches off the ground
- No signs of pests during inspection

Administrative:
- FoodSafe Level 1 available
- Permit is conspicuously posted; Pest control in place
