Hand washing stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. -Recommend having a separate milk frother container for different types of milk or ALWAYS sanitize (and not just rinse frother container) before making a drink for someone with an allergy. -It is not recommend that food handlers have long nails, fake nails or painted nails. Wear gloves if nails are not kept clean and trimmed.
