Observation: 1) QUAT sanitizer spray solution inside spray bottle is <50ppm. Having an adequate concentration of QUATS inside spray bottles is important to ensure bacteria is removed from countertops

Corrective Action: Replace the QUAT sanitizer spray solution with QUAT sanitizer that has a concentration of 200-400ppm. Purchase QUAT test strip to verify concentration.
2) Wiping cloth used for removing coffee stains is found lying on the counter next to handsink. Wiping cloths when moist are breeding grounds for bacteria

Corrective Action: Place wiping cloths in container containing sanitizing solution when not in use. Alternatively, use single use paper towels to wipe countertops.
