Follow-up inspection:
Each sink is equipped with a drain plug.
In-use utensils for making falafels are stored in a designated container in the cooler. The container contains water to prevent falafel mixture from sticking to the utensils. The container and utensils are washed and sanitized every 4 hours.
Scoop for rice is maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or more.
