Dishwasher final rinse at 71.6C celcius at the plate detected. Sanitizer spray at 200 ppm chlorine solution detected. Facility now in compliance. Closure Order lifted. Ensure to maintain receipts on site for all approved ready to eat sources purchased and sold.
