No food access noted. Gaps in foundation floor wall noted along the north edge of concession, likely providing access for rodents. Corrective Action(s): Fill gaps along north wall/floor especially at NE corner with product that will preclude rodent entry. Steel wool in combination with filler a viable barrier. Cooling units less than 4 C Freezer below -18 C. Bleach available and in two spray bottles at 200 ppm hand wash stations and hot water available. Ceiling vents need cleaning. particulates building up on vents could contaminate food. General organization good.
