Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer concentration in one of the two spray bottles is too low (~50ppm).
Corrective Action(s): Prepare fresh sanitizer solution every 2 days for use in the food premises. Chlorine sanitizer should be mixed to 100-200ppm concentration (ie. 1 tsp. bleach per Litre of water) to be an effective sanitizer.
