Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Over 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle as the test strip was blanking out. Staff mentioned that they would inform other staff members and that the bleach water is changed on a daily basis.
Corrective Action(s): Mix 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water to set up 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle. Communicate the proper dilution requirement to other staff members as well.

Upstairs kitchen is used for food preparation.
-2-door cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
-Freezer component was at -18 degrees C or less.
-Chest freezer was at -18 degrees C or less.
-Domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
-Domestic freezer component was at -18 degrees C or less.
-High temperature dishwasher was at 81 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) internally at the plate after the dishwasher final rinse.

Outside the kitchen:
-Cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
-Freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.

Downstairs kitchen cooler is used only for storing raw fruits & vegetables for the resident/clients. No food preparation is done downstairs according to a staff member.

Downstairs cooler/freezer storage room:
-Coolers were 4 degrees C or less.
-Freezers were -18 degrees C or less.
-Temperature records were up-to-date.
-No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
