Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
QUATs sanitizer (pail, 3 comp sink and spray bottles) measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
3 compartment sink fully set up for manual dishwashing.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Weekly pest control service in place.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less (One of the freezer in the back storage area was out of order. Work order is placed. No foods stored at this time)
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
Kitchen ventilation hood in sanitary condition.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
