Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #DCAR-ATRRBY have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated December 14, 2018 there were 37 children and 9 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided.
