Observation: Lightbulbs in the meat display coolers do not have any covers. If the light bulb breaks/shatters, the glass will get all over the food and contaminate it.
Corrective Action(s): You have several options you can choose from:
1) Remove lightbulbs
2) Put a plastic cover over the lightbulbs so that if they break/shatter, the glass will not drop into food
3) Put lights in a different area so that it is not hanging over the meats

-large meat display cooler (by handwash station): 2.4 deg C
-meat display cooler by meat slicer: 3.5 deg C
-All meats covered, tongs available in each meat tray with handles kept outside meat
-Large freezer in front area at -23 deg C
-Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Meat slicer clean, free of debris
-2 compartment sink with bleach available to sanitize
-Bleach water in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-back door closed at time of inspection
-no signs of pests
-general sanitation good
