Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 4C; freezer was -12C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. Single use cloth towels used in washroom, these are laundered by rotating parent each night. Remind parents that the wash cycle shall use hot water and add bleach, that the towels shall be dried on high heat setting; and separate from personal items.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- No expired foods in use.
- Snacks are brought in each day by rotating parents. Low risk foods/snacks (cut veggies, fruit, etc.) are only brought in.
- Staff will bake/cook with children about 3-4 times a year. Only low risk foods are prepared.
- Maximum of 20 children per session, and there is 2 sessions a day.
- No signs of pests. Orkin Pest Company services every second month, and on demand.
