Follow up inspection conducted.
Hot food items stored inside the bbq unit were at least 60C internally. Probed thermometers were placed inside various meat products to measure temperatures throughout the day.
Renovation will be taking place in the hot deli section in the up coming months. Proper enclosures are to be installed to prevent contamination of food products in different food sections throughout the store. If food items cannot be protected from contamination during the renovation process, proper closures of the different food sections must take place.
