General sanitation: satisfactory
No signs of pest noted during the inspection: the last past reported stated the facility had a minor fly issue by the janitorial room. Ensure the mop bucket is fully drained after each use. Dirty stagnant water is known as a breeding ground for flies. Spray the mop sink+ the mop bucket with 200ppm QUAT at the end of each day to prevent pest issues. The area was already treated at the time of inspection.
