Follow up inspection: -All handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was set up in the third compartment sink and a bucket with wiping cloths. -Code 101 is still outstanding from the routine inspection report. Ensure the floor below the warewashing are is sealed with smooth, easy to clean, durable, and non-toxic materials within 6 months (March 20, 2017).
