Follow up inspection. Corrective actions completed: 1. Food protected from contamination - washroom and electrical room are no longer used for storage of foods, chlorine sanitizer is properly labelled and food is stored in food grade containers and wraps. 2. Invoices and receipts available for bulk food items purchased from approved source Gian's Sweets located in Abbotsford. Labels currently on order from restaurant and will be completed in two days. Organization and storage has improved. Operator states a permit has been taken out from the City to remove one of the washrooms to be converted into a storage unit. Please update EHO when renovations are completed for Fraser Health floor plan update. Please email EHO new labels. Facility now in compliance.
