Facility built and equipped as per floor plan.

Temperatures:
3 door cooler: 2.6°C
Upright fridge/freezer: 1.6°C; freezer for personal items
Chest freezer (4'x2'): -24.6°C
Chest freezer (6'x3'): not on at time of inspection; for overflow products from Zed Market

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Bleach sanitizer measured 200ppm in spray bottle at time of inspection
3 compartment sink for cleaning equipment/utensils

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
