Routine inspection:
Front area hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single use towels.
4 door walk in cooler at or below 4C
Back area walk in cooler at or below 4C
Back area freezer at or below -18C
Pot and pan washer temperature not tested at the time of inspection as it was turned off and baking staff were not on-site. Retail staff unsure how to use washer and do not do any of the warewashing. **Ensure temperature of water during the final rinse reaches 71 C on plate surface.
3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing
Clean in place for large equipment.
Quats sanitizer solution in bottles registered between 200-400 ppm.
Pest control services in place.

Note: Empty bins used for storing baking ingredients must be cleaned and sanitized prior to refilling (ex. soft roll base and salt containers part of the 10 bin storage compartment).
