Observation: Quat sanitizer dispenser at one three compartment sink was unable to dispense at 200 ppm. Sanitation log had not been completed.
Corrective Action(s): Repair this sanitizer dispenser so it can dispense Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm. Use the other working sanitizer dispensers in the meantime. Notify health inspector once repairs have been completed.
