Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked bread with garlic butter was left on the counter, internal temperature was measured at 6C (for less than two hours
Corrective Action(s): - Move it back to the cooler at temperature less than 4C
- Alternatively if you wish to leave it at room temperature, discard after four hours. and Document the time tracking

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher is not working, it is measured at 0ppm chlorine solution during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
Corrective Action(s): - Call for service and ensure that 50ppm chlorine is dispensed during final rinse cycle
- Meanwhile, set up 100ppm chlorine solution (one tablespoon for every litre of water) in the two compartment sink and manually sanitize all dishes. Sink was set up at sanitizer solution and concentration was measured at 100ppm chlorine
