Observation: Unused items (broken/damaged items) are being stored ontop of service prep lines, personal items being stored ontop of equipment, debris noted below storage shelving, bike lock/bungee cords being stored ontop of condiments, food/debris noted: ontop of equipment, around the hotwater tank, etc.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning and organization of entire facility is required, pull all items away from the walls. Store all items in designated areas. (ie: Food/chemicals,cleaning supplies. Remove all unused items.

Observation: Deteriorating surfaces noted.
Corrective Action(s): Effort to be made to keep all surfaces in good repair. No bare wood permitted - as previously discussed. Paint/seal.
