Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of minimum 50ppm Chlorine at the plate.
Once owner arrived owner explained dishwasher was observed to not be drawing/holding chlorine on Wednesday. Owner not present on Thursday to determine if dishwasher was working properly.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Owner arrived and made temporary repairs to dishwasher.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishwasher is checked daily. This has been discussed in the past. Facility has chlorine test strips on site.
All dishes and utensils are to be washed and sanitized in dishwasher.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO hand sink was blocked. Dish stored inside hand sink. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - EHO removed item blocking hand sink.

Corrective Action(s): Nothing is to be stored inside hand sinks. Hand sinks are to be freely accessible at all times.

Observation: Ice scoop placed directly inside ice machine. Handle observed to be resting on ice. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
Take out containers, napkins, straws, take out bags stored in washroom. Washroom is not for food or food equipment storage.
Staff member observed to brush hair with hands in food preparation area

Corrective Action(s): Ensure ice scoop is placed inside container that is clean and not directly inside ice.
Do not store take out containers in washrooms. No food or food containers are to be stored in washrooms at any times. Washroom storage is limited to cleaning supplies and washroom items ONLY. Remove at once.
Personal grooming should be limited to non-food production areas.

Observation: Dishwasher is malfunctioning. Dishwasher draw line for chlorine sanitizer solution is not holding solution overnight.
Therefore upon arrival of EHO dishwasher did not draw chlorine solution to achieve minimum rinse of 50ppm Chlorine at the dish

Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher is to be repaired IMMEDIATELY such that final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine is achieved and maintained without needing manual intervention. The dishwasher should work without requiring owner to "prime" machine with sanitizer for 10 minutes prior to operation.
EHO to return for follow up inspection Tuesday to ensure dishwasher has been repaired.
