Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # PKUR-D2UQFR of Feb-27-2024 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand sink near walk-in freezer does not have hot water. Hand sink near baking area is obstructed. Correction: There must be at least one hand sink available to staff in the back. Either remove all the obstructions leading to the hand sink in the baking area or repair the hot water at the hand sink near the walk-in freezer. Correct immediately. Failure to comply may lead to further enforcement action.
