Cooler is at <4 C.
Freezers for ice cream and gelato - satisfactory.
Reviewed allergy information.
Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels.
Ice cream scoops are being washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried twice per 8 hour shift. Chlorine sanitizer 100ppm available - good.
Ensure that milkshake mixer is also sanitized every 4 hours (today it is clean).
Food Safe certificate - expires 5 years after date it was issued.
