Observation: 1. Build-up of food debris noticed behind the deep freezer in the dry storage area, behind the dough mixer and upright freezer.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean floors in above areas thoroughly to remove all food debris. ( By June 6, 2019).
2. Clean the exterior of rice cooker.
3. Clean the stainless steel wall panel behind the prep cooler to remove dust build-up. ( June 6, 2019).
