Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Quats sanitizer in labelled bucket at 50 ppm to 100 ppm. Quats sanitizer from dispenser measured 50 ppm to 100 ppm. Dispenser does not appear to be drawing quats solution from container. Corrected During Insp.

Corrective action: Sanitizer was prepared manually by staff using manufacturer's directions (4.35ml concentrated quats solution per 5L of water) and measured at 200 ppm. Technician has been called to repair dispenser. Please continue to prepare sanitizer manually until dispenser is repaired as this is required in order to properly sanitize all food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Two handwashing stations lacked paper towels. The back hand washing station near the ice cream cake freezer lacked liquid hand soap. Corrected During Insp.

Corrective action: Handwashing stations were restocked with liquid hand soap and paper towels. Please ensure handwashing stations are adequately supplied at all times to facilitate proper hand washing.

Long undercounter cooler at 1.3C. Note: monitor door seals for cracks and ensure these areas are being cleaned and Sanitized.
Small undercounter cooler at 2.0C. Note: thermometer in this cooler is broken and needs to be replaced. Temperatures are recorded using a separate thermometer.
