Observation: Rodent droppings observed around the perimeter of the dry storage room. Operator explains that they are in contact with Orkin pest company.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the area using 1000ppm bleach and allow area to air dry. Do not sweep or vaccum droppings to avoid aerosilization. Ensure this area is cleaned and inspected frequently to avoid build-up.

Observation: Area behind stove and tandoor is visibly covered with grease and debris. Both the floor and the wall directly behind is affected.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize both the floor and wall, behind the stove and tandoor area. Ensure this area is cleaned and sanitized more frequently to avoid build-up.

First routine inspection conducted after initial inspection.
-Handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Walk-in, prep, and display coolers are at 4C. (prep cooler by pizza oven requires fan cleaning)
-Freezer is at -16C
-Quats spray bottle achieves 200ppm. *test strips should be used to verify solution*
-High Temperature Dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Attached board for dough sheeter has been ordered to replace this one as it is wearing down
-Utensils are stored in a sanitary manner
