Follow-up from the Food Complaint inspection back on October 21, 2019. The suspected mouse feces sample from the complainant was submitted and was confirmed. The shredded coconut is bought from their supplier then re-packaged on-site in the meat cutting area before opening hours. The shredded coconut is not distributed to the other Al Salam Meat store in Surrey. Did not observe evidence of mouse activity in this cutting area as well. Operator will have Orkin Pest Control come in on Monday or latest Tuesday and will submit the report via email as below
