Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 cut jack fruits were stored in the reach in cooler. The internal temperature is recorded at 14.1C.
Facility does not have approval to conduct processing onsite.
Corrective Action(s): All 4 jack fruits were discarded at the time of inspection. Please ensure that cold potentially hazardous food is stored at a temperature of at least 4C or lower.
Contact your district EHO to obtain health approval prior to conducting food processing onsite.

Observation: Operator was selling fresh sugarcane juice on the weekends but no Health approval was granted.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT SELL fresh sugarcane juice until a health approval is granted by the district EHO. A food safety and sanitation plan must be submitted to obtain Health approval.

Observation: 1. Back storage area was found cluttered and unorganized.
2. Food debris was observed both in walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Re-organize the back storage area.
2. Remove any food debris and maintain the facility in a sanitary manner.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEATED VIOLATION*
Two sugarcane juicer machines were found onsite. Operator stated that both machines are not functioning properly. Any equipment that is not intended for facility operation must be stored offsite.
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved both machines off site at the time of inspection.
