Handsink (double-compartment sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. Handsink in the washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and an air dryer. Walk-in-cooler and sandwich cooler were at or below 4 degrees C. Coolers were equipped with thermometers. Pre-packaged food was stored off the floor in storage areas. Ice cream freezer was at or below -18 degrees C. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
