- Handsink is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle present
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers, <-18C for freezers)
- High temp dishwasher achieved 71C at final rinse cycle after 5 cycles (the dishwasher was turned on at the start of the inspection)
- Foods are stored in food-grade containers and are labelled
- Utensils are stored in a sanitary manner
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Food handlers are FoodSafe certified
- Leftover soup is cooled in containers in the fridge
