Follow up inspection conducted to verify that violations identified at routine inspection (21-Jul-2022) have been addressed.

- Sago held at ambient/room temperature with time tracking in place per food safety procedures
- In use utensils stored in ice water
- Ice scoop stored in clean container
- Handwashing sink near back door was accessible and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1 (certificate valid until Yi Xing Qin). Manager reported 4 staff have completed Foodsafe level 1 and certificates were present on-site. Ensure in the Operator's absence, there is at least one staff member present who has completed Foodsafe.

Note: Manager confirmed all bakery items (dorayaki, soft breads, and cakes) are made at Suntea Bakery in Richmond. Premises is listed on VCH food premises website. Products are kept refrigerated in display cooler (4C or colder). Food safety procedures present.
