- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (three in kitchen/servery) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles/ designated red buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher (located in the kitchen) achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items stored min 15cm off the floor.
- Ice machine in clean condition. Deep cleaned every 3 months.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at time of the inspection.

- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Coolers in two servery locations: < 4C
- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
