- All violations noted in the last inspection report has been addressed and corrected:

- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual
*Monitor chlorine residual concentration daily. Minimum 50 ppm chlorine residual required. Take immediate corrective actions if chlorine residual is less than 50 ppm.
- Meat slicer and dough mixer appears clean.
*Continue to maintain all food units in a sanitary condition.
*Properly clean and sanitize after each use.
- All handsinks are accessible, provided with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Light covers have been installed on light fixtures above kitchen deep fryers.
- Food in dry storage room is protected from contamination. Opened bags of bulk ingredients are stored in containers with tight-fitting lids.
- Clean container provided for ice scoop storage in bar.
- Kitchen back screen door has been repaired - mesh affixes tightly onto frame, door closes tightly, door sweep installed.
*Ensure that screen door is used at all times to prevent potential pest entry.
- Required cleaning throughout the premises has been completed.
*Continue to regularly maintain a high level of sanitation throughout the premises.
*While the BBQ Smoker area is rarely used, ensure that the area is thoroughly cleaned after each use.
*Continue to monitor for pest activity. Report new and/ or increased pest activity to your pest control company.
