Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front counter are handwash station did not have liquid hand soap. Operator stated handwashing is carried out in the washroom.
Corrective Action(s): All handwash stations must be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to allow for proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap was purchased at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop and spoon was stored directly in food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops and utensils are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoop and spoon was relocated at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use plastic bags are being washed and reused.
Corrective Action(s): Single use items are intended for one time use and must be discarded after each use. Used single use plastic bags were discarded at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -8C (defrosting).
-Both prep coolers were at 4C.
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Ice cream freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Potentially hazardous sauces cooled in the freezer, prior to storing in the walk-in cooler. Sauces were at or below 4C.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 13, 2022.
