Hot water leak repaired. Filled one sink compartment and hot water started to run cooler. Have hot water tank checked/serviced/changed. Send specs of tank to sharon.mayhew@fraserhealth.ca. To be followed up. Concerns raised re: staff not alerting operator to hot water situation. Ensure that all staff know and use the proper dishwashing method. Premise is granted health approval for operation.
