Follow up inspection conducted Low temperature dishwasher has been repaired. A final rinse concentration of 100ppm chlorine was achieved at plate level. Chlorine test strips available. Ensure dishwasher is tested daily with chlorine test strips to ensure it is in good working order. Ensure all dishware, utensils, and food equipment are re-washed and sanitized in the dishwasher unit. All wiping rags were stored in a 100ppm chlorine sanitizing solution.
