Operator and their wife have completed a FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course (valid until December 4, 2023 for Operator and December 3, 2019 for his wife).
Handsinks were adequately supplied.

Walk-in-cooler and three other prep. coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Chest freezer and upright freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
Cooler for pop was above 4 degrees C however is used for pop only.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
A probe thermometer was available.
Food that was cooled was observed in shallow meat containers in the walk-in-cooler. A cooling wand was also available on-site.
Internal temperature of food products in the walk-in-cooler and pizza toppings in the prep. cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
No hot-holding was occurring at the time of inspection.

100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside two sanitizing pails with wiping cloths.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Hard-to-reach areas and racks were recently cleaned by staff according to the Operator and were in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
A stainless steel pizza tray storage container was available and replaced the previously observed cardboard boxes.
Operator had repainted the walls of the food premises this weekend when they were voluntarily closed.
